Over the 4 weeks I will be showing you how to make a starter, main course and some tasty sides! Dessert isn’t covered as the truth be told I buy my dessert every year- when someone can do something better than me I will hold my hand up. On Christmas week I will be hosting a bonus zoom call where we will go through everything from start to finish and any worries or questions will be resolved. Christmas morning in my house is relaxed. I have all my ducks in a row the night before and I love the moment that the Christmas songs are playing, I have a glass of mulled wine in my hand and the house is filled with delicious smells of cinnamon & hard herbs (what are they I hear you ask – sign up and I will pass on all my wisdom!). I have 20 years of chefing experience behind me and for 20 years I worked every Christmas Eve so I know exactly what you need to know!
Once you sign up – On the 1st of November all the details of each zoom will be uploaded in the course area. All classes are recorded so you can watch them back on Christmas week if you are worried. You are more than welcome to cook along but these classes will be more focused on demos and I am hoping that you can take notes while I show.

Turkey, Ham, Roast Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Roast Root Vegetables, Stuffing, Gravy, Mushroom Soup and Soda Bread, Vol au Vent starter.
