Welcome to my cooking course!

Over the 5 weeks we shall be levelling up your cooking skills and providing delicious meals for you to prepare and enjoy. My ethos is simple. Home Cooked dishes that look good and make you feel good. We will be working with pork, hake, lamb, beef and chicken and along the way I will be giving you tips and tricks to adapt the dishes to your taste buds. Once you register you will immediately get all the information for the next 5 weeks, recipes, nutritional information, timings and utensils that are needed. So you will have plenty of time to get organised and to ask me questions if you are unsure in the lead up. Don’t worry if you miss a class or you would like to rewatch , all of the classes are recorded and uploaded the very next day. The classes will be hosted via zoom but don’t worry you will not be seen on camera it will just be myself!

The 5 week course will run on the following dates:

  1. Sept 29th – 7.30pm
  2. Oct 6th – 7.30pm
  3. Oct 13th – 7.30pm
  4. Oct 20th – 7.30pm
  5. Oct 27th – 7.30pm
  1. All course attendees must be on time for the zoom call if you would like to cook along
  2. Trisha reserves the right to, under unavoidable circumstances to change the timings or content of the course.
  3. Nothing in this policy will affect the customers statutory entitlements under the sale of goods and supply of services legislation
  4. We do not offer a refund on a course once your place has been secured but if the purchaser wishes to move the course and exchange their place for credit for another course this must be done 7 days in advance.
  5. A course booking may be deferred to another course without penalty if at least 10 days’ notice is given.
  6. Please note that the gallery images may not represent the actual course items.
  7. These courses will be live 6 weeks after the final class, please download any material you would like as they will not be available after 6 weeks.
  8. Strictly no questions regarding any aspect of the course you are on will be answered via Instagram- only via the email that is provided.
  9. No questions will be answered 2 hours before the class is live to allow time to get the course set up.
  10. The zoom link is unique to your membership- it can only be opened once- after that it will not be an active link.
  11. If a person is booked on a course and fails to attend for any reason, they are not entitled to a refund or a deferral to another course.
  12. If you have been booked onto a course as a gift- all provisions set out in our Terms & Conditions still apply.
  13. It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure they have a strong internet connection to view the live course
