Tomato Salsa


  • Vegetarian/Vegan
  • Gluten Free


  • 6 x beef tomatoes
  • 1 x red onion
  • Juice of 2 x limes
  • Chopped coriander
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 x red chilli diced
  • 2 x garlic cloves crushed
  • 10 ml olive oil


  1. Dice your tomatoes and red onion.
  2. Mix with your crushed garlic, lime juice, chilli, seasoning and chopped coriander.

Trisha's Top Tip

  • Place your salsa in your tub and place a layer of clingfilm on the top before you pop the lid on and this will keep it fresher.
  • Store in the fridge.
