Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
- 6 x beef tomatoes
- 1 x red onion
- Juice of 2 x limes
- Chopped coriander
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 x red chilli diced
- 2 x garlic cloves crushed
- 10 ml olive oil

Method
- Dice your tomatoes and red onion.
- Mix with your crushed garlic, lime juice, chilli, seasoning and chopped coriander.
Trisha's Top Tip
- Place your salsa in your tub and place a layer of clingfilm on the top before you pop the lid on and this will keep it fresher.
- Store in the fridge.
